ITSM Service Catalogue Management

This process is normally hard to formalize due to its high dependency with the Financial Management and Service Level Management piece. However, it is an important enough piece to get out there to the Customers despite the challenges faced feeding the financial and service level information into the Service Catalogue. 

I like to compare it to a restaurant business. When visiting a restaurant, it is better to have a menu the patrons can engage with the restaurant owner eventhough the price and food quality remain a question mark.
